Great Reno Balloon Race Photography

Discover how to create compelling photographs of one of Reno's premiere & most beautiful events. Join award-winning instructor Mark Vollmer in capturing the beautiful colors and photogenic shapes awash in early morning light. He will show, in an evening slide show lecture followed by a morning field shoot of the Glow Show, Dawn Patrol and mass ascension competitions, how to bring the experience & pageantry of the Great Reno Balloon Race to life in your images. A camera that can shoot in low light situations will be helpful.
