Increase balance, flexibility, and your awareness of limitations in movement during this class using a Japanese sword, short staff and padded equipment. Similar to Tai Chi, we will focus on proper movement through stretching and loosening exercises, points of movement, and proper breathing to match movement. This ongoing class includes many exercises to learn and master. Perfect for seniors or those with slight to moderate limitations in movement.
