Inspired by mat Pilates fundamentals and designed for all levels, improve your balance using slow, purposeful movements aimed at strengthening your body from your feet to your core.  Class will include both standing and mat exercises. Ability to transition to/from the ground will be necessary. Please bring a mat to class.
