Restorative Yoga - Mondays @ 6PM

ClassGraphic Unroll your yoga mat, let go of the day and immerse yourself in yoga poses that stretch and lengthen muscles through movement and breath. This class is designed to improve flexibility and encourage a deep state of relaxation. Poses are held to calm the nervous system, relax the mind, and promote well-being in the body. All levels of yoga are welcome.

Please read:  Bring a yoga mat and strap to class. Yoga blocks and bolsters are provided. If you want to use an EPIC bolster, please bring a pillowcase or blanket to wrap it in.
