Ashtanga Yoga

If you’ve taken basic yoga classes and feel ready for a greater challenge, experience this vigorous, traditional style. Ashtanga incorporates set sequences or series of postures where the breath is linked with movement. This primary series class will take you through the sequence and provide guidance on alignment, breathing techniques and focal points while the instructor offers hands-on assistance.
