CourseGraphic Explore the ancient art turned into a modern-day hobby of blade crafting. Discover the many types, styles and uses of blades. Learn how to grind the blade's profile onto steel and design your handle and leather sheath from various materials using the build for a Finnish puuko knife. Work with essential tools like a cutoff wheel, bandsaw, belt grinder and microforge to shape and heat treat your project. Discuss safety procedures and how to avoid common issues in the manufacturing process.
