This course is both an In-classroom and Virtual Classroom Instruction experience that begins with a “Finance 101” seminar to give students an overview of the Incident Finance environment for Incident Management Teams, and a tutorial on the eIsuite Time Module. This leads to virtual instruction through S-261 (with eIsuite hands-on exercises). The enhanced training will conclude with a "Day at the Incident" Simulated Fire Exercise which will bring all aspects of the Enhanced S-261 Training and e-Documentation into a real-life experience for the trainees.
Prerequisite: S-260 Interagency Incident Business Management

Pre-Course Access Run:
January 10, 2022 Initial Student Test Run of iNAP; eIsuite; and Teams accounts.
January 18, 2022 1300-1700 S-261 TMCC Canvas orientation, and download of handouts/resource materials.
- Computer with internet access, Edge and Chrome web browser.
- Second monitor (this can be a second laptop screen, monitor, or iPad or Android pad, or equivalent.
- Recommend printer if you want hard copies of any of the handouts. This is a personal preference, not a requirement.
Note: Virtual students will need this hardware available to them throughout the course.
In-classroom students will have this hardware provided.
iNAP account acquired/active and access to eIsuite application in iNAP, (check with you Home Dispatch for completion of your request).

In addition, it is expected that students have some knowledge of the Incident Command System. Recommended: FEMA IS-100 and IS-200 (~2 hrs each). These courses are free through FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute. It is also recommended that you complete FEMA IS-700 and IS-800. All 4 of these courses are recommended and/or required (agency specific) for all incident related field assignments
