Studies show that spending 15 minutes a day outdoors can improve your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. In the spirit of Japan's popular Forest Bathing, practice Shinrin Yuko, breathing, sitting and standing meditations, as well as chi gung and tai chi movements. Feel a deeper connection with nature while you lower your stress and blood pressure.
