Equipment Changeover Analysis/Improvement

This workshop is focused on minimizing downtime (eliminating waste) for in manufacturing facility due to changeovers. You’ll learn a lean method used to create a rapid and efficient way of converting a manufacturing process from one product to another called SMED - Single Minute Exchange of Die. This method takes a holistic approach looking at batch size, layout, and standardized work.
