Skip the herb section of the grocery store and grow your own to freshen up meals and steep excellent teas. Discuss the growing conditions needed for annuals and perennials and discover how herbs can be used as valuable ground cover in both traditional and low-water gardens. Learn how certain plants can be used as components of organic insect control. This is a hands on class and requires a $10 materials fee to be paid directly to the instructor at the beginning of class.
