| Developed by the Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce, the purpose of this training is to learn strategies to effectively manage human resource responsibilities as a small business owner. The four sessions will include information on: recuriting, personnel policies and procedures, employee communication and development and avoiding legal issues. Presenters are local human resource experts specializing in small business development. At the end of the training, participants will receive a Truckee Meadows Community College Certificate of Completion.
