Learn how to smoothly integrate your massage techniques into a variety of sequential flows. We will combine elements of Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, osteo symmetry, myofascial release, limb mobilization, stretching, and other modalities into multiple massage flows. Practice applying a framework for massage that allows you to be creative, safe, and efficient with your touch and timing. Transitions, mechanics, draping, and pacing will all be addressed. Must be 18 years or older. Please bring a set of sheets and massage oil to class.
