Philippine Stick Fighting

CourseGraphic Protect yourself in any situation by learning this Filipino martial art using unarmed and armed techniques. You'll understand this fighting method and learn to apply it for self-defense. Identify appropriate weaponry and practice techniques using sticks, canes, rolled-up newspapers, knives, and empty hands. Work on unarmed methods like striking, trapping, locking, throwing, and disarming moves. 

*This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY class and is open for registration for students ages 12+, accompanied by an adult.
