Chair Yoga--Coronavirus Cancelled in Progress

CourseGraphic Keep your body limber during your workday or experience this adaptive yoga technique if you face physical challenges. Practice beneficial exercises that are done from your chair and don't require you to get on a yoga mat. Find out how props like blocks and straps can help you get an effective workout. If you face physical limitations, the instructor will help you with modifications so you can get the most from this exercise routine.

Please read:  Chairs and yoga blocks are provided. Students will need to bring a yoga strap. A necktie, a bathrobe sash or a cloth belt can be used instead of a strap.
