ClassGraphic Velkommen! Get into the Ferie Ånd (holiday spirit) with demonstrations and sampling of classic Scandinavian foods. The Daughters of Norway will take you through a Norwegian Christmas journey by making Lefsa, meatballs, desserts, and a traditional treat called Krumkake, a delicious waffle cookie. Leave class with a cookbook to enjoy these recipes at home. This is a family-friendly class, open to ages 8 and older with an adult.
