Whether you're learning how to decorate a cake or how to best pair wines with food, these courses make it easy to entertain!
 
Accelerate your enjoyment of wine or enhance your hospitality career by earning the Society of Wine Educators Certified Specialist of Wine credential. Gain personalized instruction and a thorough understanding of the world of wine and become a part of the wine professionals network. Delve into a complex study of grape varieties, viticultural processes and wine making techniques. Examine the process of professional wine tasting, learn about the world’s most significant wine-producing areas and become familiar with wine’s chemical composition as well as its most common faults. Fully understand how to pair wine with food and discover the specialized branches of winemaking from organic and dessert to fortified and sparkling wines. In addition, learn about health issues and proper wine service. At the end of class, you’ll take the CSW certification exam through the Society of Wine Educators. This program is taught by a certified sommelier with 30 years of experience in the hospitality and wine industry.
